I offer a free 20 minutes online initial consultation. This is a good time to ask any questions or discuss any fears or barriers you might be feeling to commencing counselling. It’s also a chance for me to establish that I can meet your needs and expectations.

Individual Counselling Sessions, 50 minutes - £50
